AVIOCLEANER R is a neutral liquid product from our range of medium temperature degreasers. This product provides user-friendly features such as automatic dosing and immediate mixing, in addition to detersive and inhibiting qualities which make the product ideal for use in processes involving mechanical degreasing.
Main Characteristics
- AVIOCLEANER R is a neutral yellow liquid. It mixes rapidly with water at any temperature, conditioning the same and thereby preventing the risk of lime deposits.
- It contains no silicates, forms no deposits on the walls of the material and does not clog flitters.
- AVIOCLEANER R possesses excellent qualities for the removal of oil, grease, dust, metallic particles and other mechanical dirt. It leaves no residue on the equipment, facilitating visual monitoring and ensuring protection against the corrosion of mechanical parts.
- AVIOCLEANER R contains no nitrates or derivates, preventing bacterial growths which often cause unpleasant smells.
AVIOCLEANER R can be used on all kind of common metals, with no risk of deterioration: alight, alloys, steel, cast iron, brass and paintings.
AVIOCLEANER R is used in concentrations of 5-20 gr/l for steel and non-ferrous metals, depending on the dirtiness of the equipment. The product is generally applied at a temperature of 50-80ºC. The operation takes from 1-3 minutes. Please contact our Technical Department for more information.
