AVIOTEC 7072 is a product developed for use in the interior cleaning of tank containers and road tankers. Suitable for the washing of food grade tanks. Kosher compliant.
It is also suitable for the exterior cleaning of vehicles. AVIOTEC 7072 contains a new, highly efficient detergent system and is highly effective on fats and oils, sometimes behaving like a solvent.
Main Characteristics

- It does not contain hazardous acids such as hydrofluoric, sulphuric or phosphoric acid.

- There is no corrosion to the chassis nor oxidation of wheel screws and nuts or other metallic components.
- It has water conditioning properties.
- It is biodegradable.
AVIOTEC 7072 can be used to wash the inside of tanks that have transported or will transporting food products, making at the end of washing a proper rinse. Formulation and components of this products are Kosher Compliant.
AVIOTEC 7072 is registered by NSF under nº 151565 Category A2, as a product for cleaning food tanks, steam cleaning or mechanical device.
On automatic installations : 0,5-1% in water
On high-pressure installations: 1-2%
The best results are obtained by applying the product at low pressure. Rinsed in water at low or high pressure (0,5 to 2 Kg/Cm2) after a contact time of 2 to 10 minutes depending on the vehicle type.
