SUPRA is a recent development for the cleaning of painted surfaces in the transportation industry in automatic washing facilities ( tunnels)/manual centers and high pressure cleaning.
Main Characteristics
- Its best feature is that it reduces and eliminates the static film on painted surfaces, which makes it particularly suitable for high pressure cleaning brushes.
- Treatment at a single operation.
- Does not contain hazardous acids such as hydrofluoric acid, sulphuric acid or phosphoric acid.
- Very safe for staff, not affecting the skin in normal use.
- Safe on paint, glass, metals, plastics, rubbers, etc.
- There is no corrosion or rust on the chassis nuts and bolts of wheels and other metal components.
- Conditioning properties of water.
In automatic facilities: 0,5-1% in water
In high pressure facilities: 1-2% in water
The best results are obtained by applying the product at low pressure. Rinsing with water at low or high pressure (0,5 to 2 Kgs / cm2 ) after a contact time of 2 to 10 minutes depending on the type of vehicle and soil conditions.
