R C S is a brown viscous emulsion which when applied on an oxidized metal, it chemically converted the oxide in an insoluble iron salt, sealed by an organic resin. The coating produced is an inert surface, black color, which will serve as a firm basis for painting, but can also be used as decorative topcoat.

- No dilution is needed. It is supplied to the use concentration.
- It is intended for use only on ferrous surfaces.
To obtain a good result, a pre-cleaning is necessary. Remove the detached rust, scale, loose paint, oil and grease. RCS can be applied on wet surfaces. Apply with brush, cloth or spray. The best results are obtained by applying several thin layers.
