AVIOPHOS 3000 is a liquid compound formulated to clean and to produce an iron phosphate on ferrous alloys.

- In normal use concentrations, in accordance with the type and shape of the material and installation conditions, conversions with optimum results are achieved in the application of powder-based paints ( epoxy and polyester).
- It is also suitable for liquid paints.

Use at rate of 20-35 grams per litre, depending upon the amount and severity of the surface protectors. It does not need to be diluted prior to use. The temperature must be kept between 50 and 65ºC.
