TURCO ESPAÑOLA S.A. declares its zero tolerance towards any conduct constituting harassment
throughout its organisation.

TURCO ESPAÑOLA S.A. wishes to underline its commitment to the prevention of and action
against harassment in any of its manifestations, informing of its application to all staff providing
services in its organisation, whether in-house staff or those from other companies, including
people who, not having an employment relationship, provide services or collaborate with the
organisation, such as trainees, those who carry out non-work placements or those who
volunteer.

Likewise, TURCO ESPAÑOLA S.A. undertakes to inform the companies to which its own staff
members are transferred and the companies from which the staff working for TURCO ESPAÑOLA
S.A. originate about the existence of this commitment, indicating the need for strict compliance
with it, as well as the obligation to observe the provisions of the corresponding protocols, which
must be included in the contracts signed with other companies.

When the alleged harasser is outside the scope of the company’s management and, therefore,
TURCO ESPAÑOLA S.A. is unable to apply any procedure, it shall contact the competent company
in order to take the appropriate measures and, where appropriate, punish the person
responsible, warning them that, if they fail to do so, the business relationship between the two
companies may be terminated.

This commitment shall apply to situations of harassment occurring at work, in connection with
work or as a result of work:

  1. at the workplace, including in public and private spaces when they are a workplace;
  2. in places where workers are paid, where they take their breaks or eat, or where they use sanitary or washing facilities and in changing rooms;
  3. when travelling, on trips, during social or training events or work-related activities;
  4. in the context of work-related communications, including communications by means of information and communication technologies (virtual harassment or cyber-bullying);
  5. at accommodation provided by the employer;
  6. when commuting between home and the place of work.

In effect, TURCO ESPAÑOLA S.A., by committing to the measures contained in this protocol,
declares and publicises its express desire to adopt a proactive attitude both in the prevention of
harassment, raising awareness and providing information on behaviour that is not tolerated by
the company, and in the dissemination of good practices and the implementation of any
necessary measures.
