AVIOSTRIP DP is a liquid alkaline product recommended for cleaning and stripping difficult paintwork.
Main Characteristics
- It does not contain phenols, cresols or chromates.
- Owing to its composition it can act at a lower temperature than other alkaline strippers in aqueous solutions.
AVIOSTRIP DP is used in water solutions at a ratio of 500+- 700 g/Lt in line with the contamination to be eliminated. The recommended working temperature is 70-85ºC. The stripping times will vary in line the type of paintwork and its thickness as well as the use of mechanical stirring in the bath.
The product is active with regard to the elimination of TDI and MDI and it eliminated these coatings from tanks and containers by means of the projection of the product and steam heating.
