AVIOCLEANER 1120 is a granular powder product developed as degreaser for metal surfaces.
Main Characteristics
- It has extraordinary water rinsing properties, due to the total absence of silicates in the product and its extremely gentle alkaline formulation.
- Easily completely soluble in water.
- Non-corrosive on aluminium, steel, copper alloys, electrodeposited metals,etc.Not suitable for magnesium.
- Its good water hardness sequestrant properties means it provides optimal results even under extreme conditions.
- Tank and heating equipment construction elements can be made from ordinary steel.
- At recommended concentrations and temperatures, the product does not produce foam, either in aspersion or agitation immersion systems.
- Another great advantage of this product is that it can be used at medium temperatures of between 45º and 55ºC, with the resulting energy savings, in avoiding energy transport at high temperatures.
- A further advantage is due to the total absence of chromates, which guarantees easy elimination of solutions which no adverse ecological implications or waste disposal difficulties.
In spray processes, add 0,75 to 1,5% of AVIOCLEANER 1120 per liter of solution. Applied by dip applications, it should be used in concentrations of 4,5 to 6%. We recommend slowly adding the product to cold or tepid water that is being constantly agitated, until it is completely dissolved. The working temperature for both applications systems should be kept between 45 and 55ºC,
In ulstrasonic degreasing applications, use the concentrations indicated for aspersion processes, that is between 0.4 to 1.5% and that between 45 and 50ºC. For more information please contact our Technical Department.
